Currently acting for an off-shore property company to recover misappropriated monies. In February 2013, we obtained a worldwide freezing order for €46 million, and in October 2013, judgment was made against three of the defendants for €59 million.

Acting for the first and third defendants in a dispute regarding breach of trust and fiduciary duty in connection with a loan. The claim was successfully resisted at first instance and in the Court of Appeal.
